# 1rm.dev

> Fitness tools and knowledge for humans, bots, and agents.

These tools estimate or convert numbers. They are not a training plan. These formulas estimate VO2max from a field test. They are not a lab measurement or a training plan. Public 0.1.0. API is GET /api/v0 and may change. No API keys. Default 1RM formula is Epley. Default unit is kg. Default VO2 test is Cooper. `100 × 5 @ RPE 8` equals `100 × 7 @ 10`, then the chosen 1RM formula runs. That leftover-rep RPE is not the Helms chart.
