Official IPF relative scoring from the 2020 GOODLIFT / IPF GL document (PDF window May 2020–Dec 2023). IPF still uses these constants. Coefficient rounded to 6 decimals, then multiplied by the total. 100 points is the elite reference for that bodyweight. Separate constants for sex, classic or equipped, and 3-lift or bench-only.
